The club patron is the Right Worshipful Mayor of Truro. The club is run by an Executive Committee comprising officers, section secretaries, captains, and elected members.
There is a Men's Section and a Ladies' Section, both reporting to the Executive Committee, along with sub-committees for specific areas of club life.
The club runs men's teams in the Bowls Cornwall Group 4 League and the Mining Division League, ladies teams in the Rippon League, Date Cup, and Ladies Evening League, plus mixed teams in the 2 Wood Mixed Triples League and Strollers League.
Friendlies, touring side visits, internal competitions, and winter Short Mat bowls are also part of the club programme.
The buildings and grounds are managed by trustees and club volunteers, with the green maintained by a contracted groundsman and volunteers. The club is fortunate to have a qualified coach, Paul Greet.
